破灾实控是一个公益的防震减灾情报服务，提供地震、台风、气象等一系列覆盖全球的防灾信息，以及简单的 GeoIP 和数据产出服务。
Project Podris is a public service for earthquake and disaster prevention and mitigation intelligence, providing a series of global disaster prevention information such as earthquakes, typhoons, and weather, as well as simple GeoIP and data output services.

Project Podris 的服务器在国内的访问延迟可低至200毫秒，服务中心的通讯由RPC驱动，同时到客户端情报传输完全使用WebSocket，且传输的数据统一使用Brotli压缩分发，有效地提高了情报传输效率并减少了资源成本。
